You have 60 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Please include your order number with the return. Prior to shipping, contact us at support@TryD3.com or toll free at 877.371.2586.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, a full refund of the price of the item will be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days of receiving your authorized return.
